Branden D. Walker was born on March 19, 1990, in Houston, Texas. A “church baby,” Branden began playing drums by the age of three (3). It would only be a couple of years later that he would make a personal profession of faith in Jesus as Lord and be baptized.

Sensing a unique burden to preach the gospel very early in life, Branden accepted the call, and on December 5, 1999, at age 9, he preached his first sermon at the Greater Tabernacle Baptist Church of Houston, Tx; under the leadership of the late Dr. Donald G. Burgs, Sr.  Over the last 20 years, he has been afforded numerous opportunities to inspire thousands, both young and old, through the word of God.

A young man with an old soul, Pastor Branden has the uncanny ability of communicating The Word in a way that is relevant to younger generations and respected by seasoned generations. His passion for scripture and love for God’s sheep is apparent whenever he stands to proclaim.

Pastor Branden began his collegiate journey at Houston Baptist University, and has furthered his studies at various institutions such as Criswell College, Jarvis Christian College, and Dallas Baptist University.

For nearly 10 years, he served as a staff pastor at The Antioch Fellowship Church of Dallas; founded by the late Dr. Karry D. Wesley, and currently led by Pastor Christopher K. Wesley. His roles varied from pastoral care to overseeing Antioch’s online ministry.

Aside from preaching, Branden’s greatest joy and biggest accomplishment is being married to his beautiful wife, Ambre’ (pronounced Am-Bree).

Branden’s life’s mantra is based on the words of Paul in Acts 20:24, “But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.”
